These Terms & Conditions apply to anything purchased from this website. In using this Website

for this purpose, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not understand
or accept these terms and conditions, you must refrain from purchasing any products using the
Website. These terms and conditions must be read in conjunction with any other applicable terms
and conditions governing the use of this Website, including the Legal Disclaimer, Privacy Policy,
and Copyright Notice.

In these terms and conditions, the expressions we, us and our, are a reference to Dino Corse, the
Website owner.

Supply

Dino Corse sources new parts. Additional information on any stock or non-stock item can be
obtained by contacting us directly. All information submitted at the time of ordering must be
correct at the time of purchase. Confirmation of orders will be via e-mail. In the unlikely event
that such an e-mail has not been received within 2 working days please contact info@dinocorse.com.

Delivery

* We will despatch goods by the most cost effective and efficient means available unless
otherwise agreed.
* For in-stock items ordered before 3 o’clock on weekdays, we will make all effort to
despatch the same day.
* For non-stock items, the customer will be notified via email of an approximate delivery
date as soon as it becomes available. Despatch time will be dependent on the nature of the order
and part source/supplier/manufacturer.
* Any special shipping or collection requirements must mutually be agreed at the time or
purchase.

Payment & Price

All payments must be effected by credit or debit card using the online ordering facility or by
bank transfer. Customers wishing to use alternate forms of payment must contact us directly to
arrange conditions. Prices indicated are subject to VAT. European customers within the EC are
required to pay VAT. Customers outside the European Union are not required to pay VAT (UK taxes).
Additional card charges applied by the card provider must be covered by the customer (e.g.
currency conversion). All orders are subject to a delivery charge which is calculated upon
checkout.

Cancellation due to Error OR Unavailability

You acknowledge that despite our reasonable precautions, products may be listed at an incorrect
price, with incorrect information, or which are unavailable due to a typographical error or
oversight. In these circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction,
notwithstanding that your order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. We
reserve this right up until the time of delivery of goods. If a cancellation of this nature
occurs after your credit card has been charged for the purchase, we will immediately issue a
credit to your credit card account for the amount in question.

Refunds & Replacements

The customer has a statutory right to cancel their order and receive a full product refund on any mail order purchase. Before despatch of goods you can cancel at anytime. To return an item, the customer must contact us via email with full written reasons for return, such written reasons and invoice to be received  by the company within 7 days of the customer receiving the said item/s. The contact details of the company are set out on our contact us page. All returned goods must be returned in the original packaging. We accept no liability whatsoever for goods returned to us in any other circumstances and such goods that are returned in breach of these Conditions will be sent at the customers risk and expense. This is consistent with the Department of Trade and Industry's distance selling regulation.

Comments and Complaints

We are always interested in the opinions of the customer and as such welcome e-mailed suggestions
on ways in which service or our web site can be improved. In the unlikely event that you are not
entirely satisfied with either the service or goods offered by Dino Corse, formal complaints can
be made to info@dinocorse.com. All complaints are taken vary seriously and the customer can be
assured that best efforts are made to respond promptly.

Law and Jurisdiction

Any contract for your purchase from Dino Corse is governed by and has to be interpreted under the
Law of England. You must agree that such contract will be subject to the non-exclusive
jurisdiction of the English courts.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability arising from or relating to your use of
this Website including the online purchase of parts, as set out in our legal disclaimer. All
details contained within this website relating to goods and services have been prepared in
accordance with English Law. We can not confirm that details will also comply with laws of other
countries. It is therefore the responsibility of the website user to endure that the details
satisfy the laws of the jurisdiction within which you reside. If they do not, you are prohibited
from accessing or making any purchases on this website.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to make any changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Such changes
will be effective immediately upon notification on this website. By your continued use of the
website you agree to be bound by these new terms and conditions.

General

We accept no liability for failure to comply with these terms and conditions when such failure is
beyond our reasonable control. If by choice, we waive one or more of the rights as detailed above
on any occasion, this does not imply that the same right may be waived in similar future
situations. If for some reason any of the above terms and conditions are found to be invalid,
unenforceable or illegal the remaining terms and conditions will nevertheless remain in full
force.
